ORIGIN AND BACKGROUND:

The University of Burgos is a public university, recognized among the best young universities in the world, whose mission is based on providing comprehensive, high-quality teaching that is closely student-centered and focused on internationalization. Founded in 1994, UBU is already a benchmark for Spanish university research and knowledge transfer to the business sector. Recognized by the Ministry of Education as a Campus of International Excellence, it belongs, along with nine other universities on the continent, to the European University Network (RUN-EU ).

It boasts a highly qualified faculty committed to research, knowledge transfer, and the use of new technologies in teaching. Currently, it offers 26 undergraduate degrees, 5 of which are taught in a blended learning format (online and in-person) and 2 bilingual programs in English and Spanish. In addition, it offers 7 double degrees, 27 master's degrees, 13 doctoral programs, and 16 university-specific qualifications.

CAREER AND FOCUS:

The academic program focuses primarily on enhancing the employability of its graduates by establishing internship agreements, both curricular and extracurricular, with the region's strong business and industrial network and international companies.
